Our Story
Our Beginning
In 2022, I decided to take a break from my job in mental health after 25 years, feeling overwhelmed and seeking a new direction. I purchased a van and embarked on a journey with my dog, Rocco, traveling across 48 states in search of my passion. During our travels, I began to heal mentally and emotionally, fasting and praying for guidance. It was during this transformative time that God inspired me with the idea for Gourmet de Van Seasoned Batters and Seasonings—a line of premium, versatile offerings that includes seasonings for bagels, all-purpose seasoning, rib rubs, pancake batter, biscuit mix, fry batter, and seafood batter.
Today, Rocco and I are still rollin', and we've just launched our YouTube channel, "Rollin' with Altha and Rocco." Follow us on our journey as we share recipes, adventures, and the inspiring story behind our brand. From our van to your kitchen, we're here to bring flavor and inspiration to your table!
